When the house was finished and we arrived to see the completed project for the first time, we were speechless. It was absolutely gorgeous. For two days, we tried to create a punch list and came up with nothing. We couldn’t even find a minor paint imperfection. The work was flawless.
As for the budget and the schedule, Mike did exactly as he had promised. Yes, we had change orders but those were driven by us changing our minds. Otherwise, the project was on budget and completed on time.
